"I moved to Jacksonville mid-May. I have been a State Farm customer for about 35 years, in South Carolina, and most recently, in North Carolina. I contacted my North Carolina agent and requested names of Jacksonville agents. She sent me the name of 3 agents. I chose Margie Williams' agency. When I called her agency, I spoke with Perry Hudson. Perry has been just great in helping me obtain renters' and auto insurance. He is aways available to contact by phone or email, and responsive to any and all questions and concerns I have. "I'm from California moving to Jacksonville, Florida to be near my son. I'm very happy with State Farm Insurance since 1983. I decided that moving to Florida will not change my insurance company, so I asked my State Farm agent (Cathlea Start) to find me a State Farm agent in Jacksonville. She was able to find State Farm agent (Perry Hudson). Perry called me right away. Perry and I discuss the quote "painlessly" In less than an hour. I agreed with the quote for car insurance and renters insurance, signed up and paid the policies. Perry was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in dealing with all my request. vbg"

"I have always had a great experience with this State Farm Agency. Everyone is always very kind and responsive. Most recently I added a new car to my policy and Liz Rodriguez was very helpful with any questions I had and gave me a quick and easy experience!
